GearBunny Fusion 1.126.1.1(and .2) update

Found a minor discrepency in spellcrafting, along with a flaw in how some versions of Windows 10 translate floating point numbers. Both should be fixed. (Turns out, this was a problem with localization settings that I was unaware of, but we did find two minor spellcraft calculation problems in the process.)
